Most people hid their secrets right out in the open in his experience, invisible to all except those who knew to look for it. Being trapped in a place where the secrets were clearly labeled? He wasn't particularly knowledgeable on magic, but he knew the signs, and he didn't see anything out of the ordinary in that regard, either. Funny. No motion detectors, no hidden cameras, no guards unless the minimal art on the walls were actually shape-shifted sentries.
He takes one step down the training hallway before he hears Luther's voice. It sends a chill down his spine and makes the bottom of his stomach fall out. There hadn't been anyone there. At all. The Cajun turns to look over his shoulder, smirking.
