Rogue was used to strange things though she's never experienced anything exactly like this. She took it in stride even though anyone looking at her would get the impress of 'piss off'. She walked freely around HQ getting a feel for the place. She didn't pause until she reached the the rec room which had a lot of things crammed into a small space.
She stepped inside a smile teasing her lips. "What more could a gal want?" The words were mumbled beneath her breath as she took a lap around the rec room. They had everything here and she wasn't going to let a depressing situation ruin her fun.
She can be found playing a game of ping-pong against a wall. She would be happy to play with someone but the half table was convenient while she was alone. She also checked out a few of the old arcade games and eventually fell into a pinball game that was kicking her ass. She kicked the machine, careful of her strength, and swore beneath her breath. "Ain't that just kickin' me in the knees. Come on."
Later that evening Rogue can be found reading. She found a few interesting books and a comfortable chair to sit in at the far end of the rec room. She sat close to the pools entrance enjoying the distant echo of the room beyond the glass door.

Rogue watched as the ball bounced against the table. Her gaze then rose back to Gambits face, very much missing her own Gambit. She had seen him only a few days ago and now he felt so far away. She frowned, "I don't much like this change swap rat."
Her arms crossed over her chest. She wasn't as accustom to world jumping and it bothered her seeing him like this. She supposed that she'd need to get use to it but she liked where they were. She liked their small family.

"Which change is dat, chere?"
He had a pretty good idea, but he wanted to hear it from her own lips.

Her frustration and insecurities gathered, fueling her temper as she glared at Gambit. "You know I'm talkin' about." They weren't from the same world but weren't they still the same people? Rogue didn't really know. There was so much doubt and this was something new. She didn't know anything. "Walkin' in like everything's all peachy. I'd like to wipe that smirk off your face."
She'd learned to trust Gambit but this man? She didn't know. It hurt a lot more than she thought it would. He'd always been a damn pain but this was just taking things to far.

"Look around. We got food, water, rooms. Can't say I ain' been in worse places. How 'bout you?"

"How are we supposed to figure this out?" She didn't always follow orders but it was nice to have a clear direction. There wasn't anyone specifically bad that she knew of here and having no one to punch was frustrating.

"We wait, mon chere. We learn what we can learn 'bout dis place, an' we go from dere."

She waved a hand before moving dropping her ping-pong paddle to the table. "I'm bored of this game." Among with many others.

"D'accord, mon chere. What next, den?"
