[Hanna is a product of her age which meant that she communicated mostly through text. She is sitting in her new 'room' with her door open and her feet hanging from her bed.]
Okay, so I've had a look around and this place is weird. I want to know what everyone else's thoughts are or to know whose even here. Also why can't we see everything? What are they hiding? It doesn't seem very fair if they brought us here.
Not only that but we're in New York City and we're not allowed to leave? I don't know about anyone else but this is like the shopping capital of the world and I don't think Fedex or UPS deliver to underground bunkers. Also I only arrived with one outfit and that's not okay. What about tooth brushes? Unless there is more hiding in the bathroom that I haven't found yet.
[ooc: feel free to bug her in her room, the doors open. Just let me know if its an action reply.]

Wait... Caleb?

I'm glad to see you here, too.

Action!
I can't believe you're here too!
[She leans forward, giving Caleb a quick kiss before placing her purse on the table.]
I didn't see you. When did you get here?
Action!
I could've met you in your bedroom.
[He takes a breath.]
Earlier today. What about you?
Action!
[She smiles at him. It's been less than 12 hours but she'd already started to miss him.]
A few hours ago? I didn't even know you'd left, let alone that you ended up here... wherever here is.
[Hanna rests her head on his shoulder happy to just be able to be with someone she knows.]

action; because really, what the hell is with this phone thing?
He knew you just touched it, at least. That's what Red always did. He'd just about given up on getting the damned thing when he heard Hanna's voice from her open room as he was walking past. He pulled his hand out of his coat pocket, the phone with it, and looked down at it, then into the open door. The kid seemed to get how it worked. Maybe he should...
...nah. But who the hell else is going to explain this thing to him?
He knocked on the door frame.]
Hey, sweetheart. You, uh, got a minute?
action; old man
Yeah, what is it?
[She swings her feet from around her bed and stands. She'd rather they talk outside of her room.]
Are you from here or...
[Hanna squints before glancing down the hall.]
Oh good, we're roommates.
[It isn't that far of a leap.]
action; old man
Yeah, roommates. Sure. So, uh...do you think you could give me a crash course on this phone thing?
action; old man
Okay, what do you want to know how to do?
[This guy doesn't look that old, she doesn't know why he can't use a phone but she isn't the sort of person who'll just leave him to hand out and dry.]
action; old man
[Honestly, there are a lot of things Joey hates. He hates cats, annoying children, annoying adults...and these new phones.]
It's, uh...I'm a little before it's time, sweetheart.
action; old man
Okay, if you want to send a text you go here and if you want to call someone you go here. You can also enter numbers here.
action; old man
...right. Thanks for clearing that up, kid.
action; old man
[She purses her lips at him before shaking her head.]
Okay, let's do this again. What's the first thing you want to know how to do?

And I was at work, the AC at the station has a way of staying cranked up.
